Yes, the 2024 edition is the most current version of USPAP. We will be using the 2024 Edition until a new edition comes out. You do not write it as “2024-2025 USPAP” – it’s just 2024 Edition. Is it the orderly liquidation market, retail market, retail replacement market?

I followed that up later with a visit to the Asbury Springhill facility (also in Erie), where I gave a short talk amd then treated my audience to a brief "Antiques Roadshow" - style presentation, giving fair market value appraisals for objects that they had brought in.
