This “Juliana” by DeLizza & Elster costume jewelry brooch is decorated with both margarita and rivoli stones with “watermelon” coloring. Saphiret stones made in Czechoslovakia decorate older pieces of jewelry dating to the turn of the 20th century. It’s now out of print, but you can sometimes find a copy on eBay for $50 or less.
